Garmr AS is a small consultancy firm established in 2024 by Lars Petter Solås. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural and Social Sciences from the University of Oslo and has extensive experience in Norwegian politics and public life, both at the local and national levels. Solås serves as a member of the Oslo City Council for the 2023-2027 term.
